Judge Voy: An Example For All Nevada Judges As A "Justice Seeker"

Judge Voy has been the constant advocate for solving child prostitution. He clearly understands that 'punishment' solves nothing. He sees the epidemic that is child prostitution and is trying to help stop the problem, rehabilitate the individuals and ensure that the system's number one goal is to teach and retrain these young ladies. Judge Voy is promoting the set up a of a 'safe house' for child prostitutes, where they will receive de- programing for the erroneous belief that their pimps are their protectors. Unfortunately, the economy has put this on hold.
