UPDATE: Judge Wall Upholds OUR 'Freedom Of Choice' When He Keeps The Green Valley High School Play On Track For This Weekend

.
I know, long title. So what?! It is a reason to be happy. I was actually nervous about this one. You heard me rant a little about the lawsuit by Atty Cory Hilton and other parents against the Clark County School District for 2 plays set to proceed at Green Valley High School. I said, "Seriously!?! . . . Suing The School District Over a PG-13 Movie, Turned 'Student Version' Play?"

Judge Wall ruled on an Order Shortening Time. The parents wanted a decision prior to the opening night this weekend to one of the plays. The Decision: attendance to the play "The Laramie Project" and "Rent" are a matter of choice. YEA & DUH!! Good job Wall. I don't always agree with you, as your opinions seem to sway the way of the campaign, though, I guess I'm in your campaign camp this time. Luck of the draw rules again. Try this motion in another courtroom and you may just get a different result.

There are a lot of people that they over reacted about something so small but probably they will win on it.
